The city boasts a successful blend of the old and the new. Modern buildings nestle against historical gems and cultural wonders rub shoulders with trendy, buzzing nightclubs, bars and restaurants.

1 pm – Excursion to St. Sophia Cathedral, one of the greatest relics of the Christian world, the masterpiece of architecture and monumental painting of the first half of the 11th century. The complex of St. Sophia’s Cathedral entered the UNESCO World Heritage List.
You will learn much new and interesting about the political life of ancient Kiev, the personal life of the princes of Kiev, the pagan ages of Kiev, about Kiev as the center of the spiritual life of the country and about the economic and commercial components of Kiev.
2.30 pm – Cruise along the Dnieper river. It is a wonderful chance to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Dnieper slopes. You will be able to admire the scenery of the Right and Left banks, to see the ancient temples of Podil District. Tour along the Dnieper River on the boat will allow you to capture photos of majestic domes of Kiev.
4 pm – transfer to the hotel

RESERVATION PROCESS AND PRICING
- Your purchase does not guarantee confirmation. Your purchase will initiate a reservation process. We will confirm with you via email within one business day.
- Prices may vary due to availability. For example, prices may increase during holidays.
- In the event a product or service booked by you is not available, Kiev-Assist Ukraine shall use its reasonable endeavors to suggest an alternative product or service of similar pricing and quality.
- Where the product or service is either not available or our suggested alternative (where applicable) is not acceptable to you but is fully paid, we shall make a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
- If you fail to accept our suggested alternative product or service by the specified deadline, we reserve our right to cancel the booking.
- Please be aware all prices are offered in the currency of United States Dollars.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds may be made by Kiev-Assist Ukraine in the following circumstances:
- the product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you; or
- you cancel your booking within the time period stipulated in our travel voucher where refunds are available
- No refund shall be given for any portions of the tour unused by the customer after departure of the tour regardless of any possible reasons.
- Airfare is completely non-refundable and non-changeable for tours when airfare is inclusive.
PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION
Kiev-Assist Ukraine is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy.
AMENDMENTS
We will try our best to make sure all the tour arrangements will be the same as planned. However, to ensure safe and secure tours, Kiev-Assist Ukraine reserves the right to make amendments including altering, postponing and canceling tours due to weather, transportation and many other uncontrollable reasons under very rare and special circumstances.
PASSPORTS AND VISAS
You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents and/or verifying entry requirements necessary for each country of travel and/or transit on your selected tour itinerary. Entry laws differ with respect to travelers’ citizenship. You are responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of delays or itinerary changes related to your lack of appropriate travel documents.
You should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the government of Ukraine, including but not limited to immigration and Customs Laws and Regulations. Kiev-Assist Ukraine will not be responsible for any penalties due to your failure to abide by any regulations.
AIRPORT TRANSERS/ FLIGHT INFORMATION
Flight information must be provided in order for the airport transfer services to be arranged. At our discretion, if flight information is not provided or provided incorrect, your reservation will be noted as a self-transfer and no airport transfer services will be arranged. If you decide to self-transfer to the tour’s first night’s hotel, please inform us at your earliest convenience. Urgent requests to reinstate airport transfer services will not be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, Kiev-Assist Ukraine will attempt to arrange a later airport transfer service, however; this later service is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available and cannot be provided, all guests are responsible for self-transferring to the tour’s first night’s hotel.
MEDICAL CONDITION AND PREGNANCY
If you have a medical condition, or if you are pregnant and considering travel, you must consult with your doctor before you travel, especially if medical condition requires daily routine care, urgent care, or your pregnancy is high-risk. You are responsible for disclosing any related information to us during the check-out process by adding special comments. You understand Kiev-Assist Ukraine is not in a position to provide any medical services or urgent care in the event such an action may be required. You are liable for any risks, incidences or consequences incurred during travel. We highly recommend that you purchase medical insurance and travel insurance before you travel.
